From pregnancy and the newborn stage, to returning to work after leave, to navigating the growing demands of both career and family life, the early years of parenting can be both exciting and deeply challenging.

During this season, support matters more than ever. And yet, many working parents find themselves feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure how to sustainably show up for everything that matters to them.

Together We Thrive is our signature group coaching program designed to support working parents as they navigate early parenthood while growing their careers. Through coaching, practical tools, and meaningful connection with peers, participants reclaim balance and build confidence in showing up at home, at work, and for themselves.

This current offering is a pilot program for women in HR who are parenting children age 3 and under.

Program Details
This program was developed through extensive research and real-world experience - drawing from conversations with dozens of working parents, psychological and coaching theory, and over 20 years of experience in leadership and organizational development (alongside nearly 20 years of lived experience as working parents ourselves!)

Each week, we introduce focused concepts and offer practical tools and templates that you can apply immediately. The program is intentionally designed to be both impactful and realistic, acknowledging the full lives and limited time of working parents.
