Whether you’re looking for yourself, or on behalf of your organization, we have a number of coaching and training approaches that we think can help, depending on your need.

Coaching

Together We think of coaching as a collaborative process that unlocks your full potential and creates lasting positive change in your life.

 

Coaching can be of great help during a transition point as it gives someone a trusted person to talk to during a time of great change, helping them to feel less alone and more confident with how to move through it.  

 

A coach should be a catalyst who can facilitate someone’s thinking by asking great questions.  They will be able to help their coachee clarify the goals they want to work towards, as well as allow them to understand themselves more fully and to consider what actions they want to take to move towards their goals.   

 

We have two different approaches to coaching that we think can work really well: ​

Group Coaching

This is a less well-known way of coaching - but we love that it aligns with our vision of building confidence through coaching and community.  A small group of people are brought together by a desire to move forward in a particular area.  A coach guides the group through discussion topics, introducing tools and posing questions. Group coaching cohorts become places to feel heard, understood and validated.  

 

Group coaching is a great option for you if…

  • You want to be part of a supportive community of people experiencing similar changes to you, as well as work on your own goals.

  • Your organization wants to allow a greater number of people to benefit from coaching and connect them to others going through a similar transition.

1-1 Coaching

This is the set-up that most people think of when it comes to coaching.  Individuals work with their coach to create goals and move towards them through a number of sessions.  Different tools and techniques are introduced depending on the focus of the conversation, which is entirely set by the coachee.  Different assessments and psychometrics can also be used if helpful.  

 

1-1 coaching is a great option for you if…

  • You want a highly individualized approach, where you focus on moving towards your own goals during a number of sessions.  

--or--

  • You have a small, select group of people in your organization who you think would benefit from coaching.

Workshops

Together We love designing and facilitating workshops.  They’re a fantastic way of making a big impact in a short space of time with a large group of people - and a well-designed training session can create changes for individuals, teams and a wider organization.  Our workshops focus on giving people practical skills and tools, but we also help them consider what might be holding them back and where they may need support.  

 

We have expertise in creating short workshops where key messages are delivered quickly, as well as more comprehensive training programs.  We work closely with you to ensure that we understand the underlying purpose and aims of any program.   

 

Workshops are a great option for you if…

  • Your organization wants to upskill people at a transition point or when going through a particular change, giving them plenty of opportunities for networking and collaboration

  • You’re running an event and would like a focus point so people can connect through shared experience and kick-start supportive communities
